Not sure which ENJO Floor Fibre will give you streak-free floors without a single harsh chemical? Then this post is for you!
For busy households, keeping your floors clean can feel like a never-ending battle, but having the top tools makes all the difference.
ENJO’s Floorcleaner is our best-selling product for so many reasons (being able to clean your floors in the time it takes to make a cuppa being one of them). The fact that ENJO Fibres are specially designed to suit a range of floor types is high on that list too, so how does it work and how do you know which ENJO Floor Fibre will be right for your floors?
How the ENJO Floorcleaner works
Like the entire ENJO cleaning range, cleaning your floors with ENJO means cleaning with just water and fibre technology. The water acts as the solvent, helping loosen and lift dirt from the floor surface, the unique (patented) fibres work to trap and hold on to that dirt without spreading it around.
The ENJO Floorcleaner system includes the hardware (which consists of a head and pole), and your choice of fibre that attaches to the Floorcleaner head, meaning you only need one Floorcleaner for your entire home whether you have high-shine, matte or outdoor flooring to keep clean.
The hardware
Cleaning your floors with a mop and bucket is time-consuming and can put pressure on your back. The ENJO Floorcleaner is quick and was designed with comfort in mind.
The telescopic pole is adjustable to your height, so any member of the family can clean with a relaxed, upright posture. The handle has a non-slip-grip and the head attachment allows the pole to lie parallel to the floor, making it perfect for cleaning underneath furniture with minimal exertion.
The head of the Floorcleaner is where you attach your Floor Fibre. It has a patented locking mechanism that allows your ENJO Floorcleaner to stand upright when not in use (great for space-saving storing).
The pole and the head connect with a twist (see our ultimate ENJO Guide for full assembly guide) and to attach your chosen Floor Fibre, you simply click the ‘open’ button, slide your Floor Fibre in, click ‘close’, lift the collar and away you go.
The fibres
Unlike a standard mop, ENJO Fibres are designed to effectively clean a range of different surfaces and to leave that surface looking as good as it should.
ENJO products are made in Vorarlberg, a region in Austria known for its expertise in the design and manufacture of smart textiles (often referred to as ‘textile Silicon Valley’). With over 30 years’ experience in textile innovation, ENJO International have designed five Floor Fibres in the ENJO range; Dust, High Gloss, Allpurpose, Extreme and Outdoor.
Each Floor Fibre is made up of a different composition of raw materials and a unique weave for optimal cleaning of every floor type without the need for a single chemical.

How to clean your floors with ENJO’s Dust Floor Fibre
Dust and allergens have a big impact on a home’s indoor air quality, which makes the Dust Floor Fibre a must-have for all homes, especially households with asthma and allergy sufferers or families with pets.
The unique weave of the fibre works to attract and trap dust. Trapping the dust prevents dust and hair from being moved around the room, and by physically removing the dust you’ll find you have to dust less frequently.
The fibres also have a polishing effect leaving a smooth shine after you dust without a single chemical, making it the healthiest way to keep your home dust-free.
Floor types for the Dust Floor Fibre
Smooth floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, wood panels - any smooth surface in your home that collects dust.
Fibre composition
Woven material. 68% polyester, 32% polyamide.
How to use your Dust Floor Fibre
If your Dust Floor Fibre is new, we always recommend washing your fibre before use.
Your Dust Floor Fibre doesn’t need water, so simply attach to your Floorcleaner and you’re ready to go. For best results dust your Floorcleaner in an ‘S’ motion.
How to care for your Dust Floor Fibre
As our cleaning products are long-lasting, caring for them is important.
We recommend vacuuming or shaking your Floor Fibre outside to release the dust and only washing when needed.
When it comes to washing your Dust Floor Fibre, place in the laundry bag provided and wash with detergent only. We recommend washing our Dust Fibres at a maximum of 40 degrees and air drying on the line.
How to clean your floors with ENJO’s Allpurpose Floor Fibre
Keeping low-sheen, matte flooring clean is quick and easy with the Allpurpose Floor Fibre.
Only a small amount of water is required to lift and trap dirt from sealed flooring.
Zero chemicals (no mop and bucket) and minimal water means your floors are safe, clean and dry in no time (saving heaps of time).
Floor types for the Allpurpose Floor Fibre
Sealed floors such as real wood, laminate, PVC and vinyl, ceramic and stone tiles, natural stone floors, concrete and cork - any smooth surface in your home with a low-to-mid shine that needs cleaning.
Fibre composition
Woven material. 90% polyester, 10% polypropylene.
How to use your Allpurpose Floor Fibre
If your Allpurpose Floor Fibre is new, we recommend washing your fibre before use.
To clean your floors with the Allpurpose Floor Fibre you need to add water. How much water depends on how dirty your floors are (the dirtier the floor, the more water you will need).

How to care for your Allpurpose Floor Fibre
Our cleaning fibres are reusable for up to 3 years, this means caring for your cleaning products is a must.
We recommend washing your Allpurpose Floor Fibre after each use. Place in the laundry bag provided and wash with detergent only. We recommend washing our cleaning fibres between 40-60 degrees.
How to clean your floors with ENJO’s High Gloss Floor Fibre
It can be tricky to keep high-shine, streak-prone floors clean and looking good when cleaning with chemicals that leave a residue behind.
Relatively new to the range, the High Gloss Floor Fibre uses the latest innovative fibre technology to lift and trap dirt from high-shine floors without leaving streaks.

Offering a deep-cleaning action, the fibres loosen dirt and grease and the highly absorbent nature of the Extreme Floor Fibres hold and remove it with just water.
Floor types for the Extreme Floor Fibre
Outdoor floors such as slate, textured PVC, decking, concrete, swimming pools and garage flooring. We do not recommend the Extreme Floor Fibre for freshly oiled and delicate surfaces.

Simply wet the Extreme Floor Fibre under a tap and use your ENJO Spray Trigger Bottle to apply more water as you clean. If using outside hose the area is necessary.

For exterior cleaning move back and forth without applying pressure.

How to care for your Outdoor Floor Fibre
Our Outdoor Floor Fibre is extremely durable, simply follow our care instructions to ensure it’s properly cared for.
We recommend washing your Outdoor Floor Fibre after each use in the laundry bag provided without any other fibres (to ensure the Outdoor Fibre doesn’t damage any other fibres while in the washing machine). We recommend washing our cleaning fibres between 40-60 degrees with laundry detergent only.
Do you have ENJO Fibres that look like this?
Did you know that ENJO products can clean your home effectively for 3 years?
ENJO cleaning products are reusable, cleaning your home for longer than any other range on the market.
After continual use for 3 years, the fibres yield to wear and tear and become less effective.
If your fibres look like the above or are 3 years old (or more) – don’t throw them out! One of the ways ENJO takes responsibility for their impact on the planet is by upcycling old fibres into car seats and home insulation.
If you have old ENJO Fibres, simply get in touch and we’ll arrange their collection.
