Lolly Face Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 x packet plain Arrowroot biscuits
  • 2 cups of icing sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Small packet of Smarties
  • Small packet of mini marshmallows
  • Snake lollies
  • Mini M&Ms

Method

  1. Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and add water, stirring to mix well. Add more water as required to achieve a spreadable consistency.

2. Dollop icing onto the biscuit with a spoon or get little hands messy and dunk biscuits straight into the icing instead - sensory learning at its best.

3. Get creative! Use a variety of lollies to decorate the biscuits into smiley, sad or cranky faces - it's up to you!

4. Set aside until the icing has set, then store in an airtight container.
