ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1.1 By joining the ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program, you agree to our full Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy & Security Policy. As a member, you will receive communications from ENJO via email and SMS. If you wish to opt out, you may do so by logging into your ENJO account, or via the opt-out function provided in any email or SMS communication. Alternatively, contact us directly via email at care@enjo.com.au

Please note when opting out via the unsubscribe link within the promotional emails, you are opting out from email marketing only. When opting out of ENJO SMS communications via the opt out reply function, you are opting out of SMS marketing only. If you elect to opt out, you will still receive service-based communications relating to your Clean Circle membership and account, as well as other information that we are required to send you by law, such as changes to our terms and conditions and notifications relating to your transactions, rewards, and entitlements. 

1.2 The ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program is available to residents of Australia only.

1.3 Membership in the ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program, obtained in Australia, can be used on our website.

1.4 The ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program remains the property of ENJO and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

1.5 Any discount codes provided at joining or throughout your membership term are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Failure to comply with the terms associated with discount vouchers may result in cancellation of your ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program membership.

1.6 Discounts do not apply to e-Gift Card purchases, membership renewal, bonuses, or specific exclusions as identified by ENJO.

1.7 ENJO reserves the right to modify the terms of the ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Updates will be communicated via email and on the ENJO website.

1.8 The price to join the ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program is $29.95, giving membership for 24 months from the date of purchase.

1.9 Members of the ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program will save 15% on all full price ENJO products.  

1.10 The $20 Welcome Reward will be emailed to you within 48 hours after joining and can be used on your next ENJO purchase of $99+. This reward is valid for 60 days from issuance and can be redeemed online. A Welcome Reward is issued with every membership renewal. This reward is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts codes. Discount codes must be applied to your shopping cart before paying and finalising your order. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively, once orders have been placed.

1.11 Free standard shipping is available for ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program members for deliveries within Australia for orders $99+. 

1.12 ENJO Clean Circle Loyalty Program members enjoy extended returns of up to 90 days, subject to any changes in the program’s terms. Should changes occur, the standard 60-day return period may apply.

1.13 The $20 Birthday Gift is issued once annually, valid on your next ENJO purchase of $99+ and is exclusive to Clean Circle Loyalty Program members. To receive this reward, members must opt-in to email marketing and have a valid birth date on file in their online profile. This offer is redeemable online, is valid for 60 days, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes. Birthday Gift discount codes are sent via email one week prior to your birthday. Discount codes must be applied to your shopping cart before paying and finalising your order. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively, once orders have been placed. This reward is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

1.14 Auto-Renewal (Optional): When joining, customers may choose to opt in to automatic renewal. Auto-renewal is not mandatory and requires active consent before adding to cart. If auto-renewal is selected, the membership will automatically renew for a further 24-month term at the then-current membership price. The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method on file unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the renewal date. ENJO will provide a renewal reminder prior to charging where required by law.

1.15 Turning Off Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time: Via your ENJO customer account, or by contacting ENJO Customer Service.  Cancelling auto-renewal will: Prevent future charges, not cancel or shorten the current paid membership term. Membership benefits will continue until the end of the paid term.

1.16 Cancellation: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership once paid for. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until your membership expiry.

Customer Subscriber Offer

Offer valid from 09.00am AWST 4 March 2025.

All Customers who subscribe to the new ENJO website subscriber offer will receive $15 off their next order $179 and over. Discount will be applied when the code is added at the checkout. Limit of one $15 code per Customer email address. Code must be used within 60 days of receipt. This Code is not transferable.

Customers who are already subscribed to the ENJO mailing list, will also receive $15 off their next order over $179 within 60 days of receipt, by leaving the tick box checked when checking out via the ENJO website.

Customers can also subscribe to the ENJO mailing list, via our Website footer and subscribe page.

Once subscribed, Customers will receive a Welcome Email which contains the $15 Code. 

NOTE: Customers must enter the $15 Code at the shopping cart, before finalising their order, before checking out and confirming payment, failure to do so, will result in the discount not being applied to the order. If this is the case, Customers may add the $15 off Code to their next order within the 60 days.

Free Shipping (Orders $179+)

Express Shipping Upgrade 

  • All orders can be upgraded from Standard to Express Delivery for $14.95, this must be selected at checkout before finalising and paying for your order.

All orders over $99 will be offered a complimentary Laundry Bag on us! A pop-up will appear on screen asking you if you would like to add a bonus Laundry Bag to your cart. If you would like a bonus Laundry Bag, please click ‘Add to cart’, or you can decline by clicking ‘No thanks’ and your order will be packed without one. If your order falls under $99 you can add a Laundry Bag for a small cost via our Accessories and Replacements category. If you have qualified for a complimentary Laundry Bag and would like more than 1 Laundry Bag, please add more via the Accessories and Replacements category accordingly.

e-Gift Cards

1. Purchasing an e-Gift card
    a. e-Gift cards can only be purchased online at the ENJO website via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal;
    b. The purchase of an e-Gift card is deemed to be complete at the time you receive an order confirmation at your nominated email address;
    c. You cannot cancel the purchase of an e-Gift card or return an e-Gift card after the time outlined in clause (1b).
    d. To redeem the value on an e-Gift card enter the unique e-Gift card code at the online checkout;
    e. e-Gift cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
    f. e-Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, a discount, or anything else.

2. e-Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.  

3. The dollar value on an e-Gift card includes GST. 

4. If you make a purchase using the e-Gift card for an amount that exceeds the e-Gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.

If you make a purchase using the e-Gift card for an amount that is less than the e-Gift card balance, you may use the remaining balance as payment against future purchases.

5. If you return or exchange a product purchased using an e-Gift card, the return or exchange will be governed by our returns and exchange policy.

Upon time of subscribing, new subscribers consent to receiving marketing and promotional material from ENJO based on details provided. If you no longer wish to receive promotional material from us, you must unsubscribe via the 'unsubscribe link' at the bottom of any ENJO Australia communications sent to you.

CLAIMS FOR COST COMPARISONS
*Cost based on comparison of conventional cleaning products to ENJO equivalent products over a 3 year period based on the lifespan of Fibre products and a 10 year period based on the lifespan of product Hardware. Cost comparison of both ENJO and conventional products are subject to change. Current as of May 2025.
