How does the Window Multi Tool Bundle work?

The Window Multi Tool Bundle contains everything you need to make window cleaning and cleaning surfaces quick and easy, whilst being chemical and waste-free.

The removable/washable fibre is made from our ENJOtex Fibres and a weave designed to loosen and lift dirt, dust, salty sea spray and marks from outdoor surfaces like windows, bi-fold doors, hard-wearing walls, pools or screens.

ENJO’s unique wedge-shaped fibres are 100x finer than a single human hair and work to loosen dirt. Super-fine fibres combined with just water lift dirt from surfaces by capillary action. The dual-functioning Multi Tool Hardware has a blade attached for use on glass ensuring a professional finish.

After cleaning, dry any excess moisture from the surface with the super-absorbent Window Miracle for a streak-free finish without a single chemical.

How do I assemble my Window Multi Tool Hardware?

Your Multi Tool Hardware will arrive fully assembled. To change the direction of the Blade, press the round, yellow push button on the Multi Tool (this will release the Blade), rotate the Blade 180° then re-insert, locking into place.

To attach the fibre, slide the right side of the Multi Tool Plate into the right side pocket of the fibre. Holding the left side loop, lift the fibre over the opposite end of the plate to hold securely in place.

How do I attach the Window Multi Tool to my Telescopic Pole?

Remove the black e-Clip by sliding outwards (located at the bottom of the Multi Tool handle). Twist and pull to remove the yellow end cap, insert the Telescopic Pole, align the holes then re-insert the e-Clip to lock the pole in place.

How long can I clean with my Window Multi Tool Bundle?

ENJO window cleaning products are designed to be washable/reusable and long-lasting. If you care for your Multi Tool Fibres, they will effectively clean your windows and surfaces for approximately 3 years. This is way longer than a conventional window cleaner. Our Multi Tool Hardware has a 24 month warranty, but if cared for should last much, much longer. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your fibres.

When should I replace my Window Multi Tool Bundle?

The effectiveness of ENJOtex Fibres decreases slowly over time due to general wear. If you’ve been using your Window Multi Tool Bundle for about 3 years, check the fibre for general wear. The fibres might be thinning in some areas or may have started to clump and become less effective.

Why is the Window Multi Tool Bundle $196?

At every level, our products experience care and consideration to ensure ethical production, sustainable business practices and quality, durable final products.

Continued research and improvements to our fibre technology mean our Window Multi Tool Bundle can keep your windows + surfaces clean without chemicals for 3 years, protecting the environment and offering great value at $5.44 a month. This beats any conventional window cleaner. Learn more about ENJO.

Can I use my Window Multi Tool Fibre with other cleaning products?

ENJOtex Fibres are designed to effectively clean with just water. Using your ENJOtex Fibres with other products could damage your fibre immediately or over time, reducing the longevity of your products. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your products.

How often should I wash my Window Multi Tool Fibre?

After light cleaning tasks such as spot cleaning, rinse with hot water and allow to air dry. We recommend machine washing your Window Multi Tool Fibre (https://www.enjo.com.au/products/window-multi-tool-fibre?_pos=2&_psq=window+multi+tool&_ss=e&_v=1.0) after thoroughly cleaning your windows + surfaces. If the fibres are heavily soiled soak first in warm water before machine washing, avoid allowing dirty fibres to dry before washing.

How do I wash my Window Multi Tool Fibre?

Wash your Multi Tool Fibres (and any other ENJOtex Fibres) in your ENJO Laundry Bag at 40–60°C with a natural detergent and leave to air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying.

I’ve had large sliding glass doors installed in a relatively recent renovation and been getting slightly annoyed every time I cleaned them until I asked a friend what she used for her doors and she said she had the ENJO product for years and loved it. That was good enough for me and when it arrived and I used it for the first time I was amazed with the result and couldn’t believe a chore which used to take me over an hour and was messy to clean up now took half the time with minimal spilled water and a result that was as good as I had hoped. I’m very happy with my window bundle and pleased to recommend it to others

Thank you for your feedback, Michael! We are thrilled to hear that you are loving the quick and easy results you can achieve with the Window Multi Tool Bundle and thank you for recommend ENJO to others. Best wishes, Em @ ENJO Australia

I am very new to ENJO. After getting a mystery box, my next order was the Window multi tool bundle. I usually leave the windows to my partner. However, with the multi tool our multiple sliding doors took only minutes and sparkled crystal clean. Using only water! No more buying bottles of spray chemicals.

Best Results Ever

I've previously left the window cleaning in our household to hubby & his karcher but after getting frustrated about waiting for him to get around to it ! I decided to lash out and get my own system I'm happy using. It's so easy & my hubby still can't believe you can achieve the result with just water.
