How does the Window Multi Tool Bundle work?

The Window Multi Tool Bundle contains everything you need to make window cleaning and cleaning surfaces quick and easy, whilst being chemical and waste-free.

The removable/washable fibre is made from our ENJOtex Fibres and a weave designed to loosen and lift dirt, dust, salty sea spray and marks from outdoor surfaces like windows, bi-fold doors, hard-wearing walls, pools or screens.

ENJO’s unique wedge-shaped fibres are 100x finer than a single human hair and work to loosen dirt. Super-fine fibres combined with just water lift dirt from surfaces by capillary action. The dual-functioning Multi Tool Hardware has a blade attached for use on glass ensuring a professional finish.

After cleaning, dry any excess moisture from the surface with the super-absorbent Window Miracle for a streak-free finish without a single chemical.

How do I assemble my Window Multi Tool Hardware?

Your Multi Tool Hardware will arrive fully assembled. To change the direction of the Blade, press the round, yellow push button on the Multi Tool (this will release the Blade), rotate the Blade 180° then re-insert, locking into place.

To attach the fibre, slide the right side of the Multi Tool Plate into the right side pocket of the fibre. Holding the left side loop, lift the fibre over the opposite end of the plate to hold securely in place.

How do I attach the Window Multi Tool to my Telescopic Pole?

Remove the black e-Clip by sliding outwards (located at the bottom of the Multi Tool handle). Twist and pull to remove the yellow end cap, insert the Telescopic Pole, align the holes then re-insert the e-Clip to lock the pole in place.

How long can I clean with my Window Multi Tool Bundle?

ENJO window cleaning products are designed to be washable/reusable and long-lasting. If you care for your Multi Tool Fibres, they will effectively clean your windows and surfaces for approximately 3 years. This is way longer than a conventional window cleaner. Our Multi Tool Hardware has a 24 month warranty, but if cared for should last much, much longer. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your fibres.

When should I replace my Window Multi Tool Bundle?
The effectiveness of ENJOtex Fibres decreases slowly over time due to general wear. If you’ve been using your Window Multi Tool Bundle for about 3 years, check the fibre for general wear. The fibres might be thinning in some areas or may have started to clump and become less effective.

How often should I wash my Window Multi Tool Fibre?
After light cleaning tasks such as spot cleaning, rinse with hot water and allow to air dry. We recommend machine washing your Window Multi Tool Fibre (https://www.enjo.com.au/products/window-multi-tool-fibre?_pos=2&_psq=window+multi+tool&_ss=e&_v=1.0) after thoroughly cleaning your windows + surfaces. If the fibres are heavily soiled soak first in warm water before machine washing, avoid allowing dirty fibres to dry before washing. 
How do I wash my Window Multi Tool Fibre?

Wash your Multi Tool Fibres (and any other ENJOtex Fibres) in your ENJO Laundry Bag at 40–60°C with a natural detergent and leave to air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying.
