How do I know which Floor Fibre is right for my floors?

Our floor cleaning system is designed to sweep and mop your floors, so we recommend choosing the Dust Floor Fibre and selecting a cleaning Floor Fibre to suit your floors.

For most homes with floors that have a low sheen, we recommend the Allpurpose Floor Fibre. If your floors are high-shine or streak-prone the High Gloss Floor Fibre is ideal. If you’re still unsure, take our quiz.

How do Floor Fibres work?

Each Floor Fibre is made up of our ENJOtex Fibres and a weave designed to suit its cleaning purpose and surface. For example, the High Gloss Floor Fibre has a tufted weave that’s designed to gently clean high-shine floors without leaving behind streaks.

ENJO’s unique wedge-shaped fibres are 100x finer than a single human hair and work to loosen dirt without chemicals and minimal exertion. Super-fine fibres combined with just water lift the loosened dirt from surfaces by capillary action and trap it within the weave. Minimal water, no chemicals and no bucket for faster drying floors.

How long can I clean my floors with my Floor Fibre?

ENJO cleaning products are designed to be washable/reusable and long-lasting. If you care for your Floor Fibre, they will effectively clean your floors for approximately 3 years. Our Floorcleaner Hardware has a 12-month warranty, but if cared for should last much, much longer. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your fibres.

When should I replace my Floor Fibre?
The effectiveness of ENJOtex Fibres decreases slowly over time due to general wear. If you’ve been using your Floor Fibre for about 3 years, check for general wear, the fibres might be thinning in some areas or may have started to clump and become less effective.

Can I use my Floor Fibre with other cleaning products?

ENJOtex Fibres are designed to effectively clean with just water. Using your ENJOtex Fibres with other products could damage your fibre immediately or over time, reducing the longevity of your products. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your products.

How often should I wash my Floor Fibres?

After dusting with the Dust Floor Fibre, shake out the dust and/or vacuum the fibre. You only need to wash your dust fibres when you feel the fibres are filled/saturated with fine dust and need a refresh.

After light cleaning tasks such as mopping up spills with your cleaning fibre, rinse with hot water and allow to air dry. We recommend washing your Floor Fibre after mopping the floors in your home.

If the products are heavily soiled soak in warm water for a few hours before machine washing, avoid allowing dirty fibres to dry before washing. Learn more about cleaning and caring for your Fibres.

How does cleaning without chemicals work?

How do I wash my Floor Fibre?

Wash your Floor Fibre (and any other ENJOtex Fibres) in your ENJO Laundry Bag at 40–60°C with an environmentally-friendly detergent and leave to air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying.
