What is the shelf life of Calcium Dissolver?
Calcium Dissolver has the recommended shelf life of 12 months after opening. Please note, other than a conventional calcium remover, our Calcium Dissolver is made from natural ingredients, this means that the colour and viscosity may vary and change over time, this does not affect the quality of the product.
What are the ingredients of Calcium Dissolver?
Citric acid, lactic acid, amidosulphuric acid, non-ionic surfactants (sugar surfactants), amphoteric surfactants (betaine), water, orange peel oil (contains limonene) and lemongrass oil.
Can I use my Calcium Dissolver to clean stains on any surface?
Our Calcium Dissolver is mild making it safe to use on most hard surfaces in your home. However, our Calcium Dissolver isn’t suitable for use on marble, granite, brass, gold or Corian surfaces. We always recommend reading the manufacturer details on any special fixtures, fitting or coatings you have in your home and testing on an inconspicuous area first. Do not leave to act on delicate surfaces for extended periods.
How does Calcium Dissolver work on stains?
Calcium Dissolver is designed to work with ENJOtex Fibres by helping dissolve built-up layers of mineral deposits in your bathroom and laundry. How much Calcium Dissolver do I need to use?
A little of our Calcium Dissolver goes a long way, however, the amount required depends on the cleaning task. A few drops of Calcium Dissolver directly to the fibre should suffice to treat targeted stains. Leave the Calcium Dissolver to treat the stain for a few minutes before rinsing off and drying surface, avoid leaving for extended periods.
The colour and texture of my Calcium Dissolver has changed, is this normal?
The natural plant and mineral-based ingredients in our Calcium Dissolver mean the colour and texture vary depending on the temperature and light. If stored below 10°C your Calcium Dissolver may appear cloudy. This does not impact the effectiveness of the product.
Can I use Calcium Dissolver to clean my toilet bowl?
Yes, our Calcium Dissolver embraces natural ingredients omitting phosphates, parabens, Polyethylene Glycol (PEG), Ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA) and Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), which are often added to conventional calcium dissolvers and can have an impact on the environment.
