1. Acceptance of these Terms

Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, an entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter

The promoter is Clean Trend Pty Ltd trading as ENJO Australia, ABN 22 683 529 376 of 4A Shields Cres, Booragoon, WA, 6154. 

3. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to residents of all Australian states and territories aged 18 years or over.

  2. Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and of agencies or suppliers directly associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

  3. An entrant must use their own name and contact details and must be able to provide proof of identity, age, residence and entry validity if requested.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 9:00 am AWST on 19 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 2 September 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

5. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive entries using one of the methods below. No entry fee is charged.

Existing Subscribers to ENJO marketing emails

Anyone who is already subscribed to ENJO marketing emails at the start of the Promotion Period will automatically receive an entry. No action is required. The subscriber must otherwise meet the eligibility requirements and have an active subscription using a valid email address recorded by the Promoter.

New Subscribers to ENJO marketing emails

Complete the Promoter’s designated subscription form, provide the required details and actively consent to receive ENJO electronic marketing. One allocation per person for a first-time subscription during the Promotion Period.

The Promoter may verify, reject or remove duplicate, automated, incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant entries.

Total prize pool: $2,920 AUD. Values are correct as at 17 August 2026 and are based on recommended retail prices. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. If a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory approval and the winner’s agreement where required.

7. Draw and winner determination

The draw will take place at 1:00PM AWST on 9 September at 4A Shields Cres, Booragoon, WA, 6154, using a computerized random draw process that gives every valid entry an equal chance of selection. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

8. Winner notification, publication and prize delivery

1. The Winner will be contacted by email within two business days of the draw. 

2. The winner must respond and provide any requested verification and delivery details with 7 days of notification. The Promoter will arrange delivery within 28 days after verification, where practicable. Delivery is limited to an Australian address.

3. The Promoter will never ask a winner to pay a fee or provide banking credentials to receive a prize. 

9. Unclaimed prizes

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed by 9 December 2026, an unclaimed-prize draw will be held at 1:00pm AWST on 11 December 2026, at the same draw location, subject to any directions or approvals required by law. Any replacement winner will be notified and published in the same manner within two business days.

10. Privacy and marketing consent

  1. The Promoter collects personal information to administer the Promotion, verify entries, conduct the draw, contact winners, deliver prizes and comply with legal obligations. If an entrant separately consents to marketing, the Promoter may also use their details to send ENJO marketing communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.enjo.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

  2. Consent to electronic marketing may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe facility in a message. 

  3. Entrants may contact the Promoter to request access to or correction of their personal information. The Promoter may disclose information to service providers assisting with the Promotion and to regulators where required by law.

11. General conditions

  1. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify, cancel or recommence it, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. Any material change will be published promptly.

  2. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss caused by matters beyond its reasonable control, but this clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received because of technical, network or platform failures, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s breach of law or negligence.

Thermomix® is a registered trade mark of Vorwerk or its related entities. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Vorwerk or Thermomix®. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Vorwerk or Thermomix®.
