How does the Multi Tool Plate work?
The Multi Tool Plate transforms your existing Window Cleaner providing a larger, flatter and more efficient cleaning surface when fibres are attached.
I don’t own the Window Cleaner, can I still convert to the Multi Tool?

Is the Multi Tool Plate compatible with my Original Window Cleaner?

If you have either the 20cm or 32cm Original Window Cleaner Base, the Multi Tool Plate will fit into the base. Your Original Window Cleaner Base should be black and yellow in colour and look like our Multi Tool Base. If you aren't sure if your Original Window Cleaner is compatible, please get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be able to assist.

How do I attach the Multi Tool Plate to the Window Cleaner?
Remove the black Extension Pair from the yellow horizontal bar of the Window Cleaner. Slide the yellow tabs on the back of the Multi Tool Plate outwards, insert the yellow horizontal bar of the Window Cleaner into the Multi Tool Plate, sliding the yellow tabs inwards again to lock in place. For cleaning windows leave the Blade Attachment and Channel/Blade 32cm in place, these parts may be detached when cleaning other surfaces.
How long can I clean my windows + surfaces with the Multi Tool Plate?
Our Multi Tool Hardware has a 24 month warranty, but if cared for should last much, much longer.
