After reading the 2021 IPCC report, we're motivated to drive change. Because our planet is our responsibility. It's on us, as individuals and businesses to work together and address the climate change emergency.
Here at ENJO Australia, we know we're imperfectly perfect. But we stand behind our 27-year commitment to creating a cleaner, healthier planet. We're also proud of our eco certifications, carbon-neutral operations and zero-waste upcycling program.
From how our products are made to where they end up, we consider our impact on the planet at every step. Explore how we strive for better, for everyone. What do these accreditations mean?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread or button, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article, therefore, is harmless to human health. To read more click here.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organisation with a membership of 166 national standard bodies. Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market-relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.
ENJO Australia is ISO 9001 certified, meaning it's part of an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard, designed to improve the quality of our products and guarantee improved customer satisfaction.
We're also a part of the ISO 140001 family, meaning we hold the highest standards for environmental systems, to minimise environmental challenges (such as climate change) and our impact.
CO2 Climate Neutral
We've also achieved carbon neutrality, which is a state of net-zero carbon dioxide emissions through our operations.
It starts at the source
The textiles selected to make our fibres are sustainably sourced in Vorarlberg, the mecca for textile innovation and the only region in the world where all stages of the supply chain are present.
Testing our textiles
Our raw textiles are Oeko-Tex certified which means they have been independently tested and proven to be non-toxic and free of harmful substances.
Handmade with care
Every ENJO Fibre product is carefully hand-sewn in Vorarlberg, using modern machinery that’s managed by skilled staff who have a wealth of experience producing our fibres.
Sustainable thinking powers us
We're all about cleaner production and cleaner air. The emissions created to produce ENJO products are offset by reforestation projects, and since 2015 ENJO International has been 100% carbon neutral.
We're also powered by green energy. Solar energy is used to power our International and Australian operations.
We cover all bases and ensure we're A to B with less CO2. So whilst ENJO products are available in 26 different countries, in 70% of cases they are transported by boat and train, to minimise our environmental impact.
We empower smarter choices
Here at ENJO, we have a zero-waste philosophy. We like to put our waste to work and prevent old fibres ending up in local landfills. Send back your old fibres for upcycling for a truly zero-waste cleaning routine.
What matters to you, matters to us
When it comes to choosing products for your home and life, what matters to you, matters to us.
Simplified + sustainable
Cleaning with ENJO is designed to be quick, easy and sustainable. ENJO products are reusable and durable, sustaining your cleaning routine for 3 years without replacement.
