Care instructions and TLC tips

Manufactured to the highest standards, ENJO cleaning products are meticulously designed and engineered to beat traditional cleaning methods hands down – which is why we’re confident enough to offer a warranty against faults.

But like all good things, if you treat your ENJO fibres with a little love and respect, they’ll love you back. To get the best results, read the instructions before use and follow a few simple TLC tips:

Using your ENJO

  • The dirtier the surface, the wetter the fibre needs to be to loosen dirt and grime.
  • Be gentle when using your ENJO cloths and gloves – too much pressure will compress the fibre and intense rubbing may cause friction holes.
  • Always dry surfaces with your Miracle to prevent the growth of mould and bacteria.
  • Sharp edges may tear Miracles, affecting its appearance but not its performance.

Washing your ENJO

  • New ENJO fibres must be washed before first use (except the Lint Glove).
  • If your ENJO fibres are only lightly soiled after use, rinse them in warm or cold water and hang them out to dry.
  • If your ENJO fibres are dirty after use, hand wash them with laundry soap before machine washing.
  • Sort your wash by fibre type, washing Miracles and outdoor fibres separately.
  • Sort your wash by colour so colours don’t run. If they do run, don’t fret, it won’t affect ENJO’s performance.
  • Place your ENJO fibres in a laundry bag before bundling them in with the rest of the wash.
  • You can wash your ENJO fibres in water up to 40°C. ENJO recommends method laundry liquid, but you may use your usual liquid or powdered laundry detergent.
  • ENJO fibres don’t like fabric softeners, bleach, clothes dryers or dry cleaning, so avoid at all costs.
  • Wash your ENJO Floorcleaner head occasionally to remove dirt or grit.
  • Don’t leave dirty or wet ENJO Floor Fibres to dry on the Floorcleaner.

Your ENJO fibres should last for two to three years. And when they come to the end of their cleaning life your ENJO Consultant will be more than happy to recycle your old ones and kit you out with replacements. Read the ENJO FAQs or contact us if you have any further queries.
